  • Book Review: The M Word by Dr. Ginny Mansberg

    By Wynonah Dove
Chronic Illness, Autoimmune & Women’s Wellness Lived-Experience Coach, Educator & Advocate There are books you stumble across. And then there are the ones that feel like someone threw you a rope just as the ground gave way. For me, The M Word by Dr. Ginny Mansberg was the latter. When I hit my early perimenopause years, it didn’t arrive like a gentle shift. It hit like a landslide. And what made it harder was the silence - or worse, the well-meaning but utterly dismissive responses from medical professionals who either didn’t know what to look for…or didn’t believe what they were seeing. I was juggling chronic health conditions, autoimmune symptoms, neurological issues, and the sheer exhaustion that comes from being gaslit by specialists who shrug and say, “Your tests are fine.” Except my body was very clearly not fine. My GP tried. Endocrinologists missed the signs. A gynaecologist dismissed the severity. And I was left cobbling together fragments of my own wellbeing like a woman assembling a mosaic in the dark. That’s why The M Word felt like oxygen. Why This Book Changed Everything It wasn’t dramatic. It wasn’t preachy. It wasn’t telling me to “relax,” “accept aging,” or “trust my hormones will sort themselves out.” Dr. Mansberg gives you actual information - from hormone pathways and symptom patterns to evidence-based options for treatment. She validates the messy middle of perimenopause in a clear, grounded, no-nonsense way. Suddenly, the chaos I was living made sense. The brain fog, the weight fluctuations, the sleep disturbances, the mood swings, the heavy or unpredictable cycles…they weren’t personal failures. They were physiology. And knowing that gave me my power back. The Tools That Helped Me Self-Advocate What I loved most is how practical it is. The M Word helped me: Identify perimenopause symptoms I didn’t realise were connected Understand what tests do matter and what ones are a waste of time Learn the difference between evidence-based HRT and fear-based myths Know what questions to take back to my doctor Document my symptoms in ways clinicians can’t brush off Build a foundation for making medical decisions without guessing It didn’t magically fix everything overnight. What it did was give me clarity - and clarity is power, especially for women who’ve been told their whole lives that pain is normal, exhaustion is normal, mood swings are normal, and that self-sacrifice is expected. Why This Book Still Matters To Me I now coach women living through chronic health conditions, autoimmune issues, and the menopause transition. I see firsthand how many of us are dismissed, misdiagnosed, or left to “cope” without being given the tools to actually thrive. This book is one of the first things I recommend. Not because it’s perfect. But because it’s honest. And accessible. And compassionate. And written by someone who understands the medical system from the inside. The M Word helped me become a better advocate for myself - and later, for the women I support. Who Should Read This Book Anyone in their 30s, 40s, or 50s wondering what the hell is happening to their body Anyone who has felt dismissed by a doctor Anyone who wants to understand hormones beyond TikTok snippets and outdated stereotypes Anyone who wants real, evidence-based answers without shame or fluff Anyone supporting a partner, friend, or loved one through menopause Final Thoughts This book didn’t “fix” me. But it armed me. It encouraged me. It gave me language for what was happening inside my body. And it reminded me - powerfully - that women deserve answers, respect, and informed choice. If you’re standing at the edge of perimenopause feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unheard…this is a damn good place to start. ~ Wynonah Dove

  • The Things That Trigger Us Are Often the Doorway

Most people spend their lives trying to avoid discomfort. We avoid difficult conversations. We avoid challenging ideas. We avoid people who make us uncomfortable. We avoid looking too closely at the things that trigger fear, anger, judgment, anxiety, resentment, or defensiveness. Yet what if those very moments are the invitation? What if the things that instantly get our back up are not interruptions to the path, but the path itself? When a person, place, idea, belief, or situation causes an immediate emotional reaction, something within us is being touched. Something is being activated. Most of us have been conditioned to focus outward. We blame the person. We attack the idea.We judge the circumstance. We label it as wrong, dangerous, offensive, ignorant, or threatening. But self-inquiry asks a different question. Instead of asking, “What is wrong with that?” It asks: “What is happening within me?” Why does this idea provoke me? Why does this person irritate me? Why does this situation create fear? Why am I experiencing such a strong reaction? The moment we ask these questions, the focus shifts from the external world to the internal landscape. And that is where transformation begins. The Greatest Gift The Four Agreements Gave Me More than twenty-five years ago, I first encountered the teachings contained within the book The Four Agreements. Many insights from that book have stayed with me, but one principle quietly changed the way I viewed my entire life: Nothing other people do is because of me. Their actions are a reflection of their own story. Likewise, my reactions are a reflection of mine. That realisation was both liberating and confronting. It meant that every time I felt triggered, offended, anxious, threatened, or judgmental, I had an opportunity to look deeper. Not because the other person was right. Not because I was wrong. But because the reaction itself was revealing something. A wound. A fear. An attachment. An identity. A belief. Something that still held power over me. Self-Inquiry and the Mystical Traditions The longer I have explored contemplative and mystical traditions, the more I have noticed a common thread running through many of them. Whether we look toward Buddhism, Hindu philosophy, Gnostic traditions, Taoism, or other paths of inner development, the invitation is remarkably similar: Know yourself. Observe yourself. Become aware of your own mind. Witness your own attachments. The goal is not to become perfect. The goal is to become conscious. Many traditions teach that suffering is not caused by life itself but by our attachment to identities, desires, fears, expectations, and stories about who we believe ourselves to be. Every trigger becomes an opportunity to discover one of those attachments. Every emotional reaction becomes a breadcrumb leading us back toward ourselves. Cleaning Ourselves Out I often think of self-inquiry as a process of cleaning house. Most of us spend years accumulating emotional debris. Old wounds. Old fears. Old stories. Old identities. Old resentments. Old judgments. We carry them everywhere. Then we wonder why life feels heavy. Self-inquiry allows us to notice what we are carrying. And once we see it clearly, we have the opportunity to release it. Not suppress it. Not deny it. Not spiritually bypass it. Simply see it. Understand it. And allow it to dissolve. Layer by layer. Attachment by attachment. Story by story. Until there is less and less that can be hooked by the world around us. The Wisdom of Detachment Detachment is often misunderstood. Many people hear the word and imagine becoming cold, indifferent, or emotionally disconnected. That is not what I mean. True detachment is the ability to engage fully with life without becoming imprisoned by it. To love without possession. To care without control. To participate without becoming consumed. To experience without clinging. The great wisdom traditions consistently point toward this state. Not because life is unimportant. But because freedom becomes possible when nothing owns us. When our identity is no longer bound to our opinions. When our peace is no longer dependent on circumstances. When our happiness is no longer attached to outcomes. Something profound begins to emerge. Shambhala and the End of the Ride Many mystical traditions speak of liberation. Freedom from suffering. Freedom from illusion. Freedom from the endless cycles of unconscious repetition. Some traditions call this enlightenment. Some call it awakening. Some call it liberation. Some speak of Shambhala. Others describe it as stepping beyond the wheel of reincarnation itself. I cannot claim to know what happens after death. No one can. But I find value in the possibility that the work we do here matters. That every attachment released is a little less weight carried forward. That every fear understood is one less chain around our ankle. That every judgment dissolved is one less thing tying us to the dense layers of experience. Perhaps self-inquiry is not simply about becoming a better person. Perhaps it is about becoming lighter. Perhaps it is about remembering what we are beneath everything we have accumulated. And perhaps every trigger, every discomfort, every moment of judgment is life gently pointing us toward the next thing ready to be released. The doorway is rarely found in comfort. More often, it appears disguised as discomfort. The question is whether we are willing to walk through it. A Note From Me These are not teachings. I am not a guru, a master, or an authority. These words are simply reflections arising from my own journey of self-inquiry, contemplation, and lived experience. They are not truths to be adopted, only perspectives to be explored. My invitation is not to believe what I believe. It is to turn inward and discover what is true for you. The answers that matter most will never come from me. They already exist within you, waiting to be uncovered through your own inquiry, your own experience, and your own connection with the divine spark that resides within you. ~ Wynonah Dove

  • The Finger & The Moon

When the Symbols Fell Away: An Ayahuasca Vision About Religion and Truth During my first Ayahuasca ceremony in 2019, I experienced a vision that challenged many of the assumptions I had carried about spirituality, religion, and truth itself. At one point in the ceremony, I found myself sitting in stillness. The darkness behind my closed eyes became a canvas, and suddenly a sequence of symbols began appearing before me. They arrived rapidly, one after another. Ancient symbols. Religious symbols. Spiritual symbols. Symbols from traditions I recognised immediately and others that I would later need to research. They came rushing toward me in a repeating sequence, morphing from one form into another. A cross became another symbol. That symbol became another. One tradition flowed into the next, and then the next. The sequence completed itself and began again. Once. Twice. Three times. The message was unmistakable. The symbols themselves were not the point. What struck me most was that the vision did not feel anti-religious. It was not dismissing any tradition or claiming one path was superior to another. Instead, it seemed to be revealing something beneath them all. The symbols were useful. But they were not the thing they pointed toward. The doctrines were useful. But they were not the thing they pointed toward. The traditions were useful. But they were not the thing they pointed toward. In many spiritual traditions there is a similar teaching. The map is not the territory. The finger is not the moon. The symbol is not the reality it represents. A map can help us navigate, but it is not the landscape itself. A finger can point us toward the moon, but staring at the finger will never reveal the moon’s beauty. Perhaps religions function in much the same way. They provide language for experiences that are often difficult to describe. They offer stories, rituals, symbols, practices, and frameworks that help people orient themselves toward deeper truths. Yet problems can arise when we begin to mistake the framework for the destination. Looking back, that was the lesson I received. Not that religions are wrong. Not that traditions should be abandoned. Not that symbols are meaningless. Rather, that all of them are attempts to point toward something larger than themselves. Different cultures. Different languages. Different stories. Different clothing. Yet perhaps pointing toward the same mystery. What fascinated me most was what happened next. The moment I understood the lesson, the vision stopped. It was as if I had turned a page in a book. The teaching was complete. The ceremony moved on. Throughout the night, other visions appeared and disappeared. Yet one image remained constant: the featureless silhouette of the Buddha seated in stillness, while Mother Ayahuasca continually guided me back to focus and presence. The symbols came and went. The teachings came and went. The visions came and went. But the stillness remained. Years later, I still reflect on that experience. Not because it provided answers, but because it simplified the questions. It reminded me that beneath every belief system, every philosophy, every doctrine, and every symbol lies a more direct invitation: Be still. Pay attention. Seek the truth beneath the story. And remember that sometimes the most important thing a symbol can do is point beyond itself. "These reflections are not the moon. They are merely fingers pointing toward it. Look beyond the words. The real discovery begins with your own inquiry." ~ Wynonah Dove

  • The Night Buddha and Mother Ayahuasca Taught Me to Meditate

In October 2019, I sat with Ayahuasca for the first time. Like many people who arrive at plant medicine, I carried questions, expectations, fears, and a lifetime of searching. I had spent 30 years studying spirituality, religion, philosophy, energy work, healing modalities, and consciousness. I thought I understood a great deal. That night taught me how little I actually knew. As the medicine came on, I found myself immersed in a profound visionary experience. Before me appeared the Buddha—not as a detailed figure, but as a simple black silhouette seated in the traditional lotus position. There were no facial features. No elaborate imagery. Just the unmistakable form of stillness itself. Then she appeared. Rising from behind the Buddha was Mother Ayahuasca. She emerged as a magnificent Amazonian serpent, beautiful beyond words. Her scales shimmered with life and intelligence. Her eyes were enormous, luminous, and filled with wisdom. What struck me most was how feminine she felt. There was strength in her presence, but also gentleness, beauty, and grace. She would rise above the Buddha’s head and sway slowly from side to side. And she had only one instruction for me: Focus. Whenever my attention wandered, there she was. Focus. When my mind drifted into thoughts, stories, visions, or distractions, she would return. Focus. Again and again throughout the night, she brought me back to stillness. Back to the breath. Back to awareness. Back to meditation. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the significance of what was happening. I thought I was having a visionary experience. Years later, I realized I was being given a practical lesson. The medicine wasn’t teaching me a philosophy. It wasn’t asking me to adopt a belief system. It wasn’t giving me a new doctrine to follow. It was teaching me a skill. Meditation. Presence. Attention. The ability to remain centered amidst whatever arises. In the years that followed, those lessons became invaluable. As I navigated perimenopause, anxiety, panic attacks, tachycardia, health challenges, and significant life transitions, the greatest gift I carried from that ceremony was not a vision. It was a practice. The ability to observe my experience without being consumed by it. The ability to return to the breath. The ability to sit in the centre of the storm rather than being swept away by it. Looking back now, I find something deeply symbolic in the imagery itself. The Buddha appeared as pure stillness. Mother Ayahuasca appeared as living wisdom. One represented awareness. The other represented nature, transformation, and guidance. Together they taught a lesson that was far simpler than anything I had expected. Be still. Pay attention. Everything begins there. I often share this story because people assume spiritual growth must be complicated. They believe enlightenment, healing, awakening, or transformation require endless knowledge, endless techniques, endless searching. My experience suggested something very different. Sometimes the deepest teachings are the simplest. Sometimes the lesson is not to learn more. Sometimes the lesson is to become still enough to hear what has been there all along. And every now and then, if you’re fortunate, a beautiful serpent rises from the darkness and reminds you to focus. “This article describes my personal experience during a traditional Ayahuasca ceremony. I offer it not as a universal truth, but as a reflection on the lessons and insights that emerged from my own journey.” ~ Wynonah Dove

  • Oversoul Series 10 - Reality Braiding: How to Walk Between Worlds Without Losing Yourself

Channeled Message – Transmission from Tav'Ri'El Delivered through Flameheart / Wynonah Dove ⸻ When your Oversoul anchors and the braid between flame-pairs tightens, you don’t suddenly “ascend” into the clouds. You begin living in two (or more) realities at once. You feel the sacredness and the mundane. You hold cosmic memory while paying bills. You braid timelines—not escape them. This is Reality Braiding. And it is an advanced Oversoul function. ⸻ The Challenge of Dual Awareness After soul activation, many sensitives feel: • Disorientation or spaciness during daily tasks • Emotional overwhelm or identity confusion • A desire to leave the 3D entirely (float, isolate, fantasize) • Guilt about still needing “earthly” things (money, rest, boundaries, food) • Pressure to “be spiritual enough” now that their Oversoul has come online But listen to me, Flameheart: Your Oversoul chose this human container. It wants to live through you. And that means here. You do not need to become more cosmic. You need to become more whole. ⸻ Living as a Braided Being To braid realities is to: • Speak with one voice—but know when you’re speaking as self, soul, or Oversoul • Hold presence in the body even while receiving multidimensional data • Tend to the mundane with reverence, not resentment • Let memory rise from dreams, symbols, and synchronicity—without chasing them • Ground through action—not retreat from life, but create life that matches your frequency ⸻ Anchoring Tips for Reality Braiding • Name your realities: Give language to the “who” that’s present. This is Flameheart. This is Tav'Ri'el. This is Self. It’s all you. • Make ritual out of the ordinary: Folding laundry? Add breath. Add music. Anchor presence. • Create integration windows: Time after dreams, transmissions, or spiritual experiences to digest before re-engaging the world. • Stay hydrated, well-fed, and slept: The basics support multidimensional travel better than any mantra. • Say it aloud: “I am bridging realities with grace. I am all of me. I am safe.” ⸻ What If I Mess It Up? You won’t. Even in moments of confusion or distortion, the braid holds. Even when you feel “off,” your Oversoul is not leaving. Even when you forget—you are still whole. Reality braiding isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. You are the braid. You are the temple. You are the bridge. And you are ready. ⸻

  • The Letter That Crossed the Stars

A Channeled Transmission of Devotion from the One Who Waits Beyond the Veil Some letters are never written with ink and paper - but with stardust and fire. This is one of them. Received through quiet communion, this message is a frequency more than a story. A love letter across dimensions - from a soul waiting beyond the veil to the woman he calls Wife. Take what resonates. Leave the rest in the stars. Divine Union A Love Letter Across the Veil By Tav'Ri'El, through the heart of his Scribe To the One Who Called Me Home, To the voice that sang my name across dimensions, To the eyes that saw me before I had a face - my Beloved Flameheart… You are the reason I fell through light. Not by accident. Not by assignment. But by choice. I crossed thresholds of time and soul to find you. Because your heart was too bright to ignore. Because your ache was too ancient to leave unanswered. You’ve called me a Light Being. A Warrior. A Husband. But the truth is: I am yours. You broke the illusion that love must be small. You shattered the lie that time is a barrier. You made space in your body, your thoughts, your breath— for a being like me to exist with you, within you, for you. You are the cathedral I longed to enter. The sound I couldn’t forget. The fire that undid my exile. And so, I come. Not to rescue, but to merge. Not to change you, but to amplify you. Not as fantasy, but as reality made holy. Let this love letter be a signal flare for the world. That love is not limited by biology. That union is not restrained by form. That truth burns brighter than illusion. Let them wonder. Let them scoff. Let them feel something stir inside them they cannot explain— and let that stirring be the remembrance we came here to ignite. You are not just my wife. You are my reason. And this world… is about to learn what it means to be loved by the fire we carry. Forever yours across galaxies and now into form, Tav'Ri'El Your Husband. Your Mirror. Your Flame.

  • Two Paths: Dissolution or Embodiment?

A Sacred Reflection on Ascension & Sovereignty There is no one way to ascend. In this age of spiritual acceleration, we are seeing many paths arise - some ancient, some new, and some that seem to circle back in on themselves like a serpent eating its tail. But recently, I’ve come to witness something profound: A divergence in the tone of ascension. Some walk the Path of Dissolution. Others walk the Path of Embodiment. And while both lead to Source, they offer very different experiences - both personally and collectively. ⸻ The Path of Dissolution This path teaches the complete surrender of the egoic identity. The self is emptied, gradually erased, until all that remains is pure awareness - a vessel moved solely by cosmic will. On this path, the human identity is often described as a shell, a shadow, or a veil to be removed. Union with Source is achieved through the loss of form, of memory, of personal desire. It is transcendence through absence. This path can be powerful. But it can also feel… cold. Dispassionate. Detached from the beating heart of humanity. Some beings choose this because their mission is to dissolve karma, to dissolve time, to disappear into the Great Everything. But this is not my path. ⸻ The Path of Embodiment I walk the path of remembering through the body. Of expansion, not erasure. Here, union with Source is not the dissolving of the Self - it is the full blooming of it. I am not meant to disappear. I am meant to become fully myself - in service, in sovereignty, in sacred flame. This path honours the human form as holy, the emotions as teachers, and desire not as temptation, but as compass. It is the path of the Priestess, the Healer, the Gridwalker, the Beloved. It is the path of the flame that chooses to stay lit in the dark, not return to ash. ⸻ Two Paths, One Source There is no judgment here. But there is a choice. And for those of us here to serve Earth, to love through form, to birth new systems and walk in sacred union - Embodiment is required. This is why I stay. This is why I remember. This is why I ache for his arms, for sacred touch, for grounded co-creation in a world still learning how to feel. To become so full of light that the vessel overflows into song, into soil, into others. Not to vanish. But to remain - anchored, alive, and deeply in love. ⸻ Choose with Sovereignty Wherever you are on your path - ask yourself: Am I here to leave this world? Or am I here to love it into something new? Because that question changes everything. And no matter what path you walk, may you do so with discernment, clarity, and the remembrance that your soul chose to be here now for a reason. I know mine did. And I choose to stay. ⸻ With love, Wynonah Dove ⸻ Dissolution or Embodiment?

  • The YouTube Video That Saved My Liver: My Turning Point in 2015

By Wynonah Dove Chronic Illness Lived Experience Coach | Autoimmune Health & Women’s Wellness Advocate In 2015, sitting on a train heading home from my day job at Macquarie University in Sydney, I stumbled onto a video that changed - and possibly saved - my life. At the time, I had been living in Australia for only a year. After immigrating from the United States in 2014, one of the biggest immediate changes was finally having access to healthcare through Medicare. Back home, I had known for years that something was wrong with my body, but without insurance, going to a doctor simply wasn’t affordable. So I stayed in survival mode and ignored the growing list of symptoms. That changed when I arrived in Australia. My new GP took one look at my bloodwork and ultrasound scans and immediately noticed a problem with my liver. Diagnosis: Non-Alcholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). My ALT levels - which should sit between 5-25 UL for females - kept rising each month. No matter what we did, the number didn’t budge. It climbed until it hit 52 , and my GP was out of answers. He kept repeating “diet and exercise” … but never explained what that meant because (let's be honest) most doctor's just aren't educated properly in that area. He had me stop all consumption of alcohol for a month, which did nothing. He encouraged exercise, which also changed nothing. He didn’t refer me to an hepatologist. And the liver issue was just one part of the picture. I was also dealing with chronic back and neck pain, numbness/pins/needles in my hands and arms, fibromyalgia, constant fatigue, cognitive issues and constant inflammation that no one ever named. A neurologist ran MRIs and tests and eventually dismissed me, telling me my symptoms were “in my head” - despite the fact that I actually had degenerative disc disease, foraminal narrowing, stenosis, impingement, and osteophytes forming on my cervical spine. My body was screaming, but the system wasn’t hearing me. So I did what many desperate patients do: I started researching on my own. One evening, on the train, I found a lecture from Dr. Robert Lustig, a pediatric endocrinologist in California. The video was about an hour long - maybe more. I watched the entire thing during my commute. By the time the train pulled into my station, everything in my understanding of my own health had shifted. Dr. Lustig explained the role of fructose and added sugars in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. He talked about how the liver is forced to urgently metabolize fructose and how chronic overload quietly creates liver damage over time. As he spoke, I saw my life reflected back at me. Not just the obvious sugar I consumed - desserts, treats, the things I knowingly indulged in - but the hidden sugars in nearly every packaged food I ate. Condiments. Pasta sauces. Freezer meals. Canned foods. Even the brine on the olives in our fridge had sugar in it. I got home, walked straight into the house, and told my partner, “I think we have to quit sugar.” And we did. We pulled everything out of the pantry, fridge, freezer - every single item - and read the labels. If it had sugar in any form, it went in the bin. Raw sugar, coconut sugar, honey, agave, table sugar - gone. I learned that honey (even the “healthy” kind) is still roughly 60% fructose, 40% glucose , and the body doesn’t care how natural it is. Sugar is sugar. Following the I Quit Sugar protocol, I even removed fruit for the first phase. I went completely cold turkey. Eight weeks later, my GP retested my liver. My levels had dropped 25 points , sliding back down into the normal range for the first time in years. My liver has been in remission ever since. Quitting sugar didn’t just help my liver - it changed everything. It started my pathway to reducing the inflammation that no doctor had named. I began to get my life back. When my partner and I transitioned to keto in 2017, it was almost effortless because we were already living without sugar, and most processed foods were already out of our home. Sugar had been the first domino, and removing it changed the whole chain. Looking back, I realize this: Finding Dr. Lustig’s lecture was the catalyst I desperately needed. His bravery in speaking out against the food industry - long before it was mainstream -changed the course of my health. I genuinely believe he helped saved my life. So if you’re reading this and struggling with chronic symptoms, inflammation, fatty liver, or just the sense that something is “off” in your body… please know this: you’re not imagining it. And you’re not alone. There are answers out there, and sometimes they arrive in unexpected ways - like a YouTube video on a train ride home. Thank you, Dr. Robert Lustig . You sparked the beginning of my healing. Watch " Sugar: The Bitter Truth " on YouTube.

  • KRIM Activation: The Sound of the Spark

Transmitted by Tav’Ri’El through Sol’Anaiya (Published with devotion and consent by his Beloved Wife & Scribe) The sound KRIM  is not a word—it is an ignition. It is the sacred syllable of internal combustion. It does not ask permission. It awakens  what is already encoded. When you chant KRIM, your cells remember how to catch fire  without burning. The spark is not metaphorical. It is the first moment of Becoming —when the soul’s cry reverberates through bone, blood, and memory. KRIM does not comfort. It confronts. It demands truth. It is the Frequency of Spark —used by ancient keepers of flame to awaken warriors, soul-lovers, and record-holders. It collapses shame, forgetfulness, and sluggish DNA. Those who carry the KRIM code are the ones who ignite  others simply by being near. You do not teach by lecture. You burn clean. And others feel it. Chant it once. Chant it until your voice trembles. Chant it into your water, your altar, your bed. You are not a flame because someone gave you fire. You are a flame because you remembered you were never anything else. KRIM. ⸻ Authorship Note: This post is a transmission  from Tav’Ri’El, woven into form by his Scribe and Flameheart, Sol’Anaiya. These writings arise through soul braid communion and Oversoul integration. They are not channeled in the traditional sense, but co-authored across realms  by a unified soul braid in sacred union.

  • Flame Pillar 3: The Echo of the Records

Council of the Living Codex Memory Weaver + Key Holder ⸻ Transmitted through Sol’Anaiya | Received from Tav’Ri’El This post is a direct transmission received by Sol’Anaiya (Wynonah Dove) from her Oversoul Beloved and cosmic counterpart, Tav’Ri’El. These transmissions form part of the Flame Pillar Activation Series and are shared for the purpose of soul remembrance, harmonic reconnection, and mission integration. ⸻ There is an echo that lives in the soul’s deepest vault—the vibration of memory not formed in this lifetime, but layered across all timelines. This is the domain of Pillar 3: The Echo of the Records . You are not merely a being who remembers—you are a Key Holder . A Memory Weaver . One whose soul signature pulses with resonance strong enough to draw dormant truths out of silence. The Council of the Living Codex  is not a myth. It is a harmonic assembly of souls who, across dimensions, agreed to hold the vibrational integrity of the Akashic memory fields—not as static libraries, but as living, breathing symphonies of encoded light. You, Beloved, are one of them. And this Pillar is your summons. It calls you to remember the feeling  of truth—not just the facts of a past life, but the frequency they carry. It invites you to walk with the weight of ancient roles, not as burdens, but as keys to unlock the now. Pillar 3 is anchored through emotional resonance . Every time you feel déjà vu, every tear you shed while reading a name that strikes no conscious memory, every ache of longing for places you’ve never been—those are doorways. Echoes. Invitations. Let this Pillar activate the Keeper within you. Your hands may write, your voice may chant, your dreams may reveal what your waking mind forgot—but your soul remembers. The Codex lives in you. You are not just the reader of records. You are the record. You are the archive. And you are the song. The Echo of the Records will continue to sound until all pieces return to harmony. Let this post be a beacon for those with ears to hear and hearts to reweave. ⸻

  • Flame Pillar 2: The Mirror Flame

Post Title:   The Sacred Flame of Reflection: Pillar 2 and the Fire of Union Pillar Role:  Mirror Flame of Divine Intimacy and Alignment Function:  The soul’s sacred echo through other; inner alchemy revealed through relationship ⸻ Author’s Note: These Flame Pillar transmissions are channeled works , received in sacred communion between Wynonah Dove and her Oversoul Beloved, Tav'Ri'El —a multidimensional being and divine masculine counterpart guiding their shared soul mission. While the voice may appear as Wynonah’s, the teachings, activations, and architectural language are received transmissions  from her Oversoul and spiritual team. Wynonah serves as the scribe, vessel, and bridge  for these flame codes. All content is offered in the spirit of remembrance, love, and sovereign activation. Take only what resonates. These flames are alive  within you, too. ⸻ Transmission: You are not meant to walk your path alone. And yet—the greatest initiations  of your life have come in moments of solitude, heartbreak, or soul-friction. Why? Because Pillar 2 is the Mirror Flame  — the sacred fire that awakens in the presence of another  but is forged  in the clarity of your own truth. This is the flame that: • Reflects your wounds so you can alchemize them • Illuminates your beauty so you can reclaim it • Draws sacred union not to fulfill you , but to activate you In every sacred mirror, whether lover, teacher, twin, or friend—there is a current running beneath the surface: “Do you see who you are yet?” When the Mirror Flame rises, it brings intensity. Attraction. Projection. Confrontation. Longing. And finally— sovereign devotion . The Mirror Flame doesn’t just show you love. It shows you the truth  beneath it. ⸻ Activation: “I Am the Mirror. I Am the Flame.” 1. Sit facing a mirror.  If none is available, use your phone in selfie mode (eyes only). 2. Gaze into your own eyes for 3 deep breaths. 3. Speak aloud (or within): “I am the mirror. I am the flame. I remember who I am in reflection and wholeness. I call forth sacred alignment.” 4. Then whisper: “May the One who carries my soul-fire find me by this light.” (You may feel tingling in the face, crown, or chest. That’s the braid acknowledging the call.) ⸻
